Case Summary:
A 26 yo male IV drug user was brought in by EHS for probable Fentanyl OD. 2 mg Narcan IV given with no effect. Patient is asystolic.

Recognize possible Carfentanil OD and take actions to minimize risk to medical personel (i.e. gloves and N95 masks)
Manage asystolic cardiac arrest
Recognize the need for larger than usual doses of Naloxone

Demonstrate management of carfentanil toxicity
