Hx of current condition: Pt has been having seizures for 15 minutes, history of seizures but does not take his meds. Settled in ER spontaneously. Moved to ICU for observation.
Ativan ordered 1-3 mg prn for seizure.
Social Hx: smoker
Diagnosis: Epilepsy.
