Query ductal dependent cardiac leision. BPs have been declining, O2 demand increasing (40-60 now). BCCH consulted and ITT en route. Neonatologist suggests dopamine, prostin and morphine infusions be initiated prior to arrival of ITT. Triple lumen UV already in situ.
