Had post-operative A.fib, anticoagulated with warfarin. Massive hemothorax post-op, returned to OR for hemorrhage control. Home x5 days, presented to ED with weakness, SOB, loss of appetite and dizziness. Brought to T3 because hypotensive and pale.
