Scenario Information


     Case Summary:

     ­27-year-old male arrives in PAR intubated, sedated post perforated appendix surgery. Becomes unstable in PAR with MH.

     Target Learning Groups:

      Physicians, Nursing, Interprofessional Team

     Additional Target Learning Groups:

     Proposed Setting:

     Post-anaesthetic recovery room

     Educational Goals:

     Recognize signs and symptoms of MH
Discuss MH Protocol and MH Cart (location and supplies)
