Case Summary: A patient admitted post-ICU sepsis (medical unit) or post-MVA ORIF (surgical unit) or new onset A.Fib (cardiac unit) experiences shortness of breath. Assessment and vital signs reveal deteriorating respiratory status, non-reactive to escalating FiO2. The patient will proceed to arrest.
