Name:
Age: 6 years
Weight: 20 kg
Immunizations: UTD
Hx of current condition: returning from PAR post laparoscopic appendectomy
- In PAR he was given morphine 2 mg IV 1 hour ago and then 2 mg IV just before coming to 3E
- Otherwise healthy

Diagnosis: respiratory depression due to morphine
